Reunion 2022

If your graduation year ends in “2” or “7”, 2022 is your Milestone Reunion Year and we encourage you to attend the in person event at the high school on Saturday, June 4th!

Please note that HCHSAA’s use of the campus will be subject to any rules and regulations in effect at the High School on June 4th. This means that masks and vaccinations could be required for entry and the event could be moved to a virtual platform. We will keep you apprised of these requirements as we learn them by posting them here.

Event Details

HCHS is gradually beginning to host events and Reunion 2022 will be one of the first to occur on the High School campus. After two years of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all eager to gather in person and reconnect.

Registration will be at the first floor lobby: come into the main doors (at 71 East 94th Street) and we will be right there to check you in and to attend to any last minute administrivia.

ADA Accommodations are available.  Please ask at registration to let us know what we can do to make your day enjoyable as possible.  The elevator will be available for alums to use throughout the day to go up to the Auditorium or classrooms or to get down to the basement to access the courtyard for lunch.

Covid Protocol: If your registration status on the Cleared4 system is pending, we have been told that all documentation for anyone who has pre-registerd for Reunion should be cleared by Saturday morning.  In any event, all attendees are responsible for having their COVID vaccination or testing status documentation on hand at registration.  Our full COVID policy for the reunion and annual meeting are available online at: Please be thoughtful in making or accommodating the requests of others regarding COVID precautions.

Schedule of events

Events will begin at 9:00am with breakfast, tours of the High School, class meetups, and space for affinity groups and non-milestone classes.

ZOOM Access to the General Assembly and the Annual Meeting.  Zoom Access credentials to the General Assembly at 11am and to the Annual Meeting at 3pm will be posted to our webpage, the Facebook page and sent out via email on Friday evening.  All alums are welcome to attend both the General Assembly and the Annual Meeting either in person at the high school or via our zoom links.  (NOTE – There will be separate links for each meeting.) There is a limit of 1000 participants.  In the unlikely event that there are more than 1000 alums who wish to participate in a virtual meeting, those alums who are not admitted to the virtual meeting will have the option to review the full recordings afterwards.  For the rest of us, we plan to share the testimonials and highlights of the meeting afterward.  If you have pictures to share, please add them to our official FaceBook group page!

Affinity Group / Non-Milestone Class Meetups

We can reserve break-out classroom space for any affinity groups (such as LGBTQIA, Black and Latinx, clubs, and sports teams) or other Non-Milestone classes who wish to attend. Contact to reserve a classroom at Reunion.

Using the Courtyard. The weather is forecast to be lovely. You are welcome to use the Courtyard to meet with your class or group – in lieu of your assigned classroom. If you do use the Courtyard to meet, please make room for other classes and groups and do not use the food prep areas or the area around or under the tent before lunch, so that our servers have a chance to get everything set for lunch. 

Dietary Restrictions

Breakfast and Lunch. Grab and go breakfast will be set up on the 2nd floor outside the Auditorium. Lunch will be outdoors in the Courtyard under a large tent. Dietary requests made during registration have been addressed. All leftovers will be redistributed to feed people experiencing food insecurity via Rescuing Leftover Cuisine.

HCHSAA will work with its caterer to provide a wide variety of buffet options for breakfast and lunch.  If you have specific dietary restrictions you need us to accommodate, please email before May 20, 2022.

$45 for Young Alums (who graduated in 2012 or later)

$55 for Senior Alums (age 65 and over)

$65 for all other Alums

$20 for Children (age 17 and under)
