- I either graduated from Hunter College High School (the School or Hunter) or attended the School for at least three years;
- All of the contact information (Contact Information) below is complete and correct;
- I agree to have my Contact Information included in the list of registered voters that HCHSAA is required to maintain and provide to those who request it;
- I understand that registering for Reunion 2022 is a separate process from registering to vote at and request a Ballot & Proxy for the HCHSAA Annual Meeting;
- I realize that I will receive only an electronic Ballot & Proxy unless I specifically email a request to receive a printed or pdf Ballot & Proxy to membership@hchsaa.org on or before 5pm on Friday May 13, 2022 (the Record Date); AND
- I would like to receive a ballot to vote in the Annual Meeting of HCHSAA to be held on June 4, 2022.
