Andrew is a member of the Class of 1984. Andrew led his wealth management firm, Stakeholders Capital, to be acquired after 14 years. He brings a sophisticated understanding of capital markets, entrepreneurship, and private investing, coupled with expertise in socially responsible asset management to his practice.
Prior to founding Stakeholders Capital Andrew started and successfully ran an options trading firm which was ultimately acquired by Goldman Sachs.
An active member of the sustainable business community, Andrew is an expert on private investment opportunities. He serves on the ESG impact investing committee of his new parent firm Perigon Wealth ($5.5B AUM).
He and his wife Susan moved from New York City to Amherst to raise their boys. It was there that he decided to combine his professional expertise and his personal passion for values-based investing. He enjoys squash, mountain biking, cooking, and traveling to his kids’ sporting events.
Committed to giving back to his local community, Andrew serves on: the Investment Committee to the board of the United Way of Hampshire County; Massachusetts; the board of the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council; the Investment Committee of First Church Amherst UCC and the Investment Committee of the board of the nonprofit Common Good, a financial institution for community empowerment. He’s a long-time member of the American Sustainable Business Network and Green America.
Andrew has a BA/BS from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He holds the FINRA Series 65 certification.
